防衛庁の省昇格法

改正教育基本法、防衛庁の省昇格法が成立 政府・与党が今国会の重要課題と位置付けた改正教育基本法と防衛庁の省昇格関連法が15日夕の参院本会議で可決、成立した。与党は時間切れで重要法案が成立しない事態に備えて会期を19日まで4日間延長したが、予定していた法案の採決を終えて臨時国会は事実上閉幕した。 教育基本法の改正は1947年の制定以来初めてで59年ぶりの見直し。教育の目標に「我が国と郷土を愛する態度を養う」と明記したほか、「生涯学習」「家庭教育」などの概念を盛り込んだ。 防衛省昇格関連法は防衛庁が法案提出や予算要求の権限を持つ他の省と同格になり、自衛隊の海外活動を本来任務に位置付けるのが柱。民主党は採決で賛成に回ったが、7人が欠席・棄権した。 民主、共産、社民、国民新の野党4党は15日、衆院に安倍内閣への不信任決議案を提出し、与党の反対で否決された。同じく野党が提出した麻生太郎外相への不信任決議案は本会議での採決が見送られた。 The conserve promotion law of the revision Fundamentals of Education Law and the Defense Agency is approved.
